mroy 9a1c407c9f Fixed a bug with populating the entity editor. The variable was used as the name of an element and later as a name of an entity, causing the former to be overwritten by the latter.

mroy 415c950bae Fixed a bug with the entity editor keeping data from one ingest to the next. Fixed it by having the form handler plugin clear the ['people']. In order to do this, I needed to add & to the parameters list of the form handler.

mroy 3d28455bb1 Fixed a couple bugs with alternative titles. Added alternative handling for originInfo dates. Updated the edit metadata form builder to combine multiple xpath results for list types. made some private variables protected so that they may be used by extended classes.

mroy 343b527f5b Fixed a bug with roleTerms not being inside roles element. Updated names to use one field as opposed to family/given. Updated entity editor to include a subject checkbox that includes the entity as a subject.
