+### Select Vendors
+shows a list of all vendors that have been added. Check all vendors that you would like to retrieve reports for.

+### Select Report Type
+Shows a list of all report types which have optional parameters
+
+### Parameters/Attributes
+Shows the optional parameters according to the selected report type. Select any number of applicable parameters. 
+
+### Year selectors
+Begin Date / End Date. All months inclusive between the begin and end date will be retrieved.
+
+### Fetch button
+Retrieves all reports according to the options selected on the page.
