+The import report page is used to load any report in TSV format into the program. This is useful as the data from that report will be populated into the database. This means that you can then search for data and include reports that may not have originally been fetched 
+
+You select the vendor that the report is for, then select the report type, then report year. 
+Finally you select the file itself, and Import Selected File. 
+
+It is important that you enter the correct vendor, report type and date as that information will be used when converting the file in order to give it the proper name and send its information to the correct locations in the database.
