General description
The COUNTER 5 Report Tool is designed for individual libraries to harvest, manage, and analyze the COUNTER-compliant usage data from their vendors. It does not support Consortial COUNTER reports.

This code was initially written by students taking the 2019-2020 CS4810-4820 capstone class at the University of Prince Edward Island, as a group project working with librarian Melissa Belvadi, who is now the primary contact for any further maintenance. It is released with permission of all students involved under the MIT License for open source software. Contact and credit information is below.
